Return Process

  Log into your MallOnline account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items securely in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the packing slip is included inside the box.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
